We typically have not used a travel agent, however, this time we thought we would give it a try and Tina exceeded our expectations. Tina was able to beat the lowest Internet price that we found for our trip. We were very happy with the results! We explained what we wanted for our trip and she went above and beyond. For our trip to Jamaica she suggested using Club Mobay as we left (should have listened to Tina and used it on the way in also lol) and it was spot on. If we ever had a question about the trip Tina was quick to respond and always had a positive answer for us. Even though she was on vacation herself with her family she was very concerned about us getting home due to a snow storm and in constant contact with us. - Jodie & Dave Smith
