Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa Resort 

This resort, and the next one I am talking about are both all-inclusive resorts. This means practically everything during your stay is going to be included. Therefore, you will need to look into the intricate details of each resort before deciding which one is going to be perfect for sparking a little romance during your vacation.  

At Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa Resort, you will find numerous restaurants, plenty of activities, themed parties, and live entertainment. But let’s begin with the accommodations.  

You can choose from numerous rooms and suites when booking your stay at this adults-only resort in Puerto Vallarta. Each space is complete with modern décor, marble floors, and either a furnished balcony or terrace. Add in the twenty-four-hour room service and you may never want to leave.  

I highly recommend the Junior Suite with the ocean view. But honestly, every room and suite will be exactly what you need to spark a little romance.  

When you are not in your room, you may find yourselves at one of the swimming pools or down at the beach. Oh, and don’t worry, you can easily get a drink in either location, thanks to the helpful waitstaff.  

If you are craving something you can’t find at this resort, you can head over to the nearby Dreams Bahia Mita Resort. You receive access to everything over there during your stay. However, please keep in mind that the Dreams portion of the resort is family friendly. Therefore, there will be kids almost everywhere you go.  

Secrets Vallarta Bay Puerta Vallarta 

Secrets Vallarta Bay Puerto Vallarta is very similar to Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa Resort. The décor in the accommodations is slightly different at this adults-only resort though. Here you will find a contemporary design that matches the Mexican sunsets. You will also have the option to reserve a room with your own private plunge pool and outdoor hot tub. Both those things will be perfect for when you want to add a little romance to your day.  

I love the Junior Suite Swim Out accommodations at this resort. They have the private pool I just mentioned, as well as a beautiful terrace and sitting area.  

You will be able to access the amenities at the Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort & Spa when you stay here. However, that resort in Puerto Vallarta is family friendly. Since this resort will have everything, you need, you won’t want to venture any further than the pool, beach, or on-site restaurants anyway.  

Plus, with activities like horseback riding on the beach, you can make a few memories you never thought possible during your romantic vacation. This adults-only resort in Puerto Vallarta is also in the perfect location for many of the best excursions in the area!

These are the two adults only resorts I recommend for romantic vacations in Puerto Vallarta. Choosing either one will have you spending romantic minutes together all day long without interruptions from kids.
