Looking for a little beach romance while on your next vacation in the Riviera Maya? Do you love to sit in the sand under the sun while on vacation? How about heading out into the Caribbean for a little swim? You can do both when you choose to visit one of my three beaches for romance in Cancun and Riviera Maya. While there are so many beaches to choose from during a vacation in Cancun or Riviera Maya, I prefer these three beaches when it comes to romance.

My Top 3 Beaches for Romance

Playa Delfines for Beach Romance in the Riviera Maya

 

Playa Delfines is approximately four kilometers long, so there is always space to find a tucked away area for a little romance. You will find many amenities like restrooms and showers at this beach. However, you won’t find any stores or restaurants to grab something to eat or whatever you may have forgotten. Therefore, it is imperative you arrive at Playa Delfines prepared for the time you will be there.

 

While you may be interested in relaxing on this beach, there are many other things you can do. I recommend a little parasailing, because it adds to the romantic vibe. You can also surf or swim if you simply must get a workout in during your Cancun vacation.

 

Riviera Maya is for Beach Romance at Playa Caracol

 

Playa Caracol is a smaller beach in Cancun, but it is close to a few of the nicer hotels and resorts. You may choose to visit this beach due to the proximity of where you are staying. Or you may decide it is perfect, because it doesn’t get as crowded as other beaches in Cancun.

 

The best part about this beach in Cancun is it is also close to many stores and restaurants. Therefore, you can easily pick up something to eat, or whatever else you need, in the middle of your beach day.

 

Playa Ballenas

 

Playa Ballenas is also known as Whale Beach. It is a beach in Cancun that is slightly more than fourteen kilometers long. You will discover this beach is located between Cancun Palace and Sandos Cancun. The entrance to Playa Ballenas can be found at Calle Ballenas.

 

While this is a romantic beach in Cancun, thanks to all the open sand, there is a lot of action too. Jet skiers are always out in the water, so it may be noisier than the other romantic beaches on my list.

These are my top three beaches for romance when you are taking a vacation in Cancun. I recommend you add them all to your list, if you have the time. This way you can determine which Cancun beach is your favorite when you are looking for romance on your next vacation in Cancun!
